We will take the stress from you and your family by working side by side on all insurance needs prior to your start of services and let you know any cost associated. Our CEO is knowledgeable with Medicaid waivers and Private/Self-pay as she has an extensive background working with healthcare providers and clients with over 20 years of experience. The organization is willing to be an Authorized Representative for anyone who may need assistance (Upon Request).

A family member providing unpaid services for a loved one does not need a specific license. Similarly, a private caregiver hired directly by a family for non-medical assistance may not be subject to state licensing mandates, though the family can require certain qualifications.

The requirements differ for those working for a non-medical home care agency. The agency itself must be licensed by the state, even if the individual caregiver is not. These agencies must follow regulations that include mandatory criminal background checks for all employees.
